TELL Industries Packing Engine SMS Alerts is an employee-only messaging program that provides operational notifications related to packing activities. Messages may be sent when packing details are requested or when an order’s packing has been fully confirmed.
Confirmation messages may include the order number, carton count, carton dimensions and weights, total shipment weight, and a link to the internal order page. These messages are informational and are not marketing messages.
Participation is limited to authorized TELL Industries employees. Employees enroll by voluntarily providing their mobile number and verbally consenting to receive Packing Engine SMS alerts. An administrator records that consent in the Packing Engine notification settings.
Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of employment or access to the Packing Engine.
By enrolling, you agree to receive recurring automated operational text messages from TELL Industries at the mobile number you provided.
Message frequency varies based on packing activity, the types of notifications selected, and the number of relevant orders processed.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for information about your messaging and data plan.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving TELL Industries Packing Engine SMS alerts.
After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further Packing Engine SMS alerts will be sent unless you provide consent and enroll again.

Employees should notify TELL Industries if their enrolled mobile number changes or is reassigned. You represent that you are the authorized user of any mobile number you enroll.
