TELL Industries, LLC uses mobile phone numbers provided voluntarily by employees to deliver internal Packing Engine operational alerts. These messages may notify employees when packing details are requested or when an order’s packing has been confirmed.
We collect the employee’s name, mobile phone number, consent status, and notification preferences. This information is used only to operate the Packing Engine notification service, maintain consent records, deliver requested messages, provide support, and comply with applicable requirements.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information may be provided to service providers, such as telecommunications carriers and messaging providers, only as necessary to deliver and operate the SMS service. Those providers may not use the information for their own marketing.
Enrollment is voluntary and is not a condition of employment or access to Packing Engine. Message frequency varies based on packing activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Recipients may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages or HELP for assistance. Employees may also ask a Packing Engine administrator to update or remove their mobile number and notification preferences.
TELL Industries takes reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect this information. We retain it only as long as needed to operate the notification service, document consent, and satisfy applicable legal or operational requirements.
